Support at Home

Billed through your provider. Physiotherapy is clinical care under Support at Home, so there's no contribution for you to pay: it's funded by the government through your package.

Your provider can tell you the price they charge your package for physiotherapy.

Each visit includes 10 minutes for clinical notes.

NDIS

For self-managed and plan-managed participants. I'm not a registered NDIS provider, so I can't bill NDIA-managed plans.

Fees are at or below the NDIS price limits in force at the time of each session. Reports and liaison with your team are charged at the same hourly rate, agreed with you in advance.

Travel is charged in line with NDIS rules and set out in your service agreement before we start.

Medicare

If you have a chronic condition, your GP can refer you under a chronic condition management plan. Referrals made under an older GP Management Plan are still accepted.

Medicare pays a rebate for up to five allied health visits a calendar year, shared across all the allied health practitioners you see. You pay the private fee and Medicare refunds part of it.

Please bring your GP's referral letter to your first visit.
